Quantitative agreement of CBF/CVR measurements was investigated using 123I-iodoamphetamine SPECT and the DTARG method. Subjects with cerebrovascular disease
were investigated first on a Toshiba 9300A SPECT system with an N1 collimator (institution O), thereafter on a Siemens ECAM with LMEGP collimator (institution Y). Data were quantitatively reconstructed. Rest and stress CBF, CVR and disease stage showed high agreement5).
